We’ll start with a workout using jump rope, resistance bands, medicine balls, and kettlebells (about 50 minutes or so), stretch, and then do some breathing exercises, and meditation. Training comes with access to the Everfit app where I’ll program your workouts for the days we don’t meet for the duration of our sessions. Training through the app will combine resistance training, breathing, meditation, yoga, and cold showers. Ice baths will be arranged according to needs/desires (i.e. every session, over other, etc.)
- 1x weekly = $120 per session
- 2x weekly = $110 per session
- 3x weekly = $100 per session
- 4x weekly = $90 per session

Andrew has a BA in linguistics, an MFA in design, and somehow, ended up a health & wellness coach. For the past 20 years, he’s been traveling about and living in multiple countries including Cambodia, France, Chile, and across the US. Along the way, he’s studied yoga, Muay Thai, resistance training, CrossFit, a little ballet, and even meditation at a Zen monastery in the mountains of New Mexico. He approaches one-on-one training with a focus on the individual, bringing his deep interest in communication and connection to a holistic practice for the mind and body.
